INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Thyme infused Mermaid Salt Vodka
- 50ml Mermaid Gin
- 15ml Vermouth
GARNISH
Sprig of thyme and a single lemon peel
RECIPE
Stir all ingredients 50 times in a mixing glass. Pour into chilled coupe and garnish with a sprig of thyme and a spritz of lemon.
