The Isle of Wight Distillery will only accept returns if your item arrives faulty or damaged, you will have seven working days to notify us. To start a return, you can contact us at info@isleofwightdistillery.com. You will be required to send us an image of the faulty item before we arrange a collection. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a collection at a time that suits you followed with a replacement item.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
