together with any associated digital platforms (the “Site”), and the purchase
of any products made available through it (the “Goods”).

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding
agreement with us on these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Site or purchase any Goods.

These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which also apply to your use of the Site.

ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE

The Site is intended exclusively for individuals who are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in the jurisdiction from which they access it. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that such use is lawful in your location.

Where these conditions are not met, use of the Site must cease immediately.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site or refuse to supply Goods where we reasonably believe that these requirements are not satisfied or where such action is necessary to comply with applicable law. We may require proof of age at any stage of the ordering or delivery process and may decline to complete a transaction where satisfactory verification is not provided.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise specified. Delivery charges are applied separately and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed. We accept major debit and credit cards and may accept other payment methods at our discretion.

We reserve the right to delay or withhold dispatch where payment has not been received in cleared funds or where there is a reasonable concern regarding payment.

FREE DELIVERY

From time to time, we may make available delivery promotions subject to qualifying conditions. Eligibility is determined by the total order value after the application of any discounts.

Unless expressly stated, promotional items are excluded from any qualifying threshold.

Such offers are limited in duration and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND GIFT WITH PURCHASE

DELIVERY AND AGE VERIFICATION

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only. Any delivery timeframes provided are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee.

All deliveries are subject to age verification. Where satisfactory proof that the recipient is at least 18 years of age cannot be provided, delivery may be refused and the order may be cancelled or subject to additional charges.

Risk in the Goods passes upon delivery. Title will pass only once full payment has been received.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

Where you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the applicable period and return the Goods within 14 days of such notification. Goods must be returned unopened and in a condition suitable for resale.

Unless the Goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return will be borne by you. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned Goods and will include the standard delivery charge.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

Where Goods are defective, damaged or not as described, you must notify us as soon as reasonably practicable. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the Goods.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

COMPETITIONS

We may operate competitions or prize promotions through the Site or via third-party platforms. Participation is subject to these terms together with any additional conditions specified at the time of entry.

Entry is limited to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated. Entries must comply with the instructions provided, and we reserve the right to disqualify non-compliant entries.
