These terms and conditions apply to and form part of every contract between Isle of Wight Distillery and its customers. 

GIFT WITH PURCHASE 

Free gifts are subject to availability and we are unable process specific requests.

Complimentary gift will be sent to the delivery address on the order, and cannot be sent elsewhere.

Can be used in conjunction with welcome discount codes.

We reserve the right to withdraw our offers without notice.

Exclusive to our website. Cannot be redeemed at our Isle of Wight Store, or through any of our customers.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS 

You must be of legal drinking age to access this website. Isle of Wight distillery does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By accessing this site, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

Isle of Wight Distillery reserves the right to require payment for goods at the time of order. 

In cases where Isle of Wight Distillery approves deferred payment terms then (unless Isle of Wight Distillery agrees other payment terms): 

Orders placed with the Isle of Wight Distillery are a minimum of two cases when purchasing 70cl bottles and ten cases when purchasing miniatures.

The first orders will be paid via pro-forma and must be paid before delivery is dispatched. 

Orders after this will have a credit limit agreed by The Isle of Wight Distillery.

Invoices to Trade Customers ust be paid within 30 days of the invoice being sent unless a specific agreement is made with The Isle of Wight Distillery. 

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.  Any applicable VAT, duty and delivery charges will be included on the invoice raised. 

For Customers outside the UK, payment must be paid within 30 days of the invoice being raised unless a specific agreement is made with The Isle of Wight Distillery. 

Trade customers are prohibited to resell products brought from The Isle of Wight Distillery to trade customers outside of the UK without prior authorisation.

The Isle of Wight Distillery’s preferred payment method is BACS, we also accept payment by major credit, debit cards or direct debit.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery if outstanding balances are on account or if credit limit is exceeded.

CASH ACCOUNTS 

The Isle of Wight Distillery will no longer be handing cash due to the outbreak of COVID - 19. 

When placing an order with The Isle of Wight Distillery a payment will be required before the order goes out for delivery, or a credit account must be opened

The Isle of Wight Distillery except major credit cards, debit cards or payments via BACS.

DIRECT DEBIT 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Direct Debits must be set up 3 working days prior to your first order with the Isle of Wight Distillery

The first payment will be authorised to be taken 30 days after the first order is placed, each order placed after this will come out 30 days after the order is placed.

Failure to do so will mean the account is put on hold.

SETTING UP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT

To set up a Direct Debit you will receive an email from The Isle of Wight Distillery asking you to complete an online form providing your preferred bank details

These details will be stored safely by GoCardless, The Isle of Wight Distillery does not have possession of any bank details.

For existing customers setting up a Direct Debit, your Direct Debit will be collected from your account the date your invoice is due. Your Direct Debit will take 3 working days to set up. 

Payments are taken 30 days after the order is placed with The Isle of Wight Distillery unless on other agreed payment terms.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

Payments are processed 30 days after the order is placed

The Direct Debit will leave your account on the date the invoice is due

You will receive an email 3-5 working days before the amount is due as a reminder it will be leaving your bank account 

EXTRA PAYMENTS 

If you choose to make an additional payment with The Isle of Wight Distillery, it will be amended on your invoice and reduce Direct Debit payment

CHANGES TO YOUR DIRECT DEBIT

The Isle of Wight Distillery is unable to manually make any changes to your bank details, you will be required to log into your GoCardless account to make any changes.

PAYMENT ERRORS

If we notice an issue with the Direct Debit payments The Isle of Wight Distillery will contact each individual customer as soon as possible 

CANCELLING DIRECT DEBIT 

The Isle of Wight Distillery has a 28-day cancellation policy 

If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit, please contact The Isle of Wight Distillery 28 days in advance. 

DELIVERIES 

The Isle of Wight Distillery work to dispatch your order within three to five working days from the day you place your order. 

RETURNS 

The Isle of Wight Distillery will only accept returns if the goods arrive faulty.

You will have seven working days to return any faulty goods. 

If you wish to make a return, please contact office@isleofwightdistillery.com The Isle of Wight Distillery will arrange a collection of the goods.

DIVISIBILITY CLAUSE 

When opening an account with the Isle of Wight Distillery you must place an order within the first 30 days of opening your account, the order must be in accordance with the minimum order quantity. 

Each delivery made by The Isle of Wight Distillery shall be invoiced separately and any invoice shall be payable in full in accordance with the terms of payment. 

We may decline to deliver if we believe that it would be unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonably difficult to do so or the premises are unsuitable for our vehicle. 

The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. 

You must inspect the goods on delivery, if any goods are damaged or not delivered, you must write to tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery or the expected delivery time. 

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must be over 18 (or legal age to enter alcohol related competitions) at the time of entry.  

Competition is open to UK residents only.

No cash or credit notes will be paid out in substitution for the competition prize. 

You must enter using the prescribed conditions and are only accepted via the requested media i.e. Facebook/Twitter/Instagram.

Delivery of prizes will usually be done within 15 days of the winning announcements. 

Winners will be announced on social media.

Winners are announced and it is the winner’s responsibility to contact us via direct message or email with your delivery address.
