- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- A handful of basil
- Top with Mediterranean tonic
GARNISH
Basil Leaves
METHOD
Muddle the basil leaves, and shake with the rest of the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Fine strain into and ice-filled glass and top with Mediterranean tonic.
