A rich and warming infusion of Mermaid Gin with seasonal fruits and aromatic spices. Luscious figs and vine-ripened grapes are blended with cassia, orange peel, and Isle of Wight honey, distilled and infused with our signature gin. The result is a velvety, spiced gin with a deep sweetness and a hint of sea air.

Crafted for the changing of the seasons, top with champagne for a twist on a French 75 or blend with hot mulled wine for a warming hot toddy.
