A rich and warming infusion of Mermaid Gin with seasonal fruits and aromatic spices. Luscious figs are blended with cassia, orange peel, and Isle of Wight honey, distilled and infused with our signature gin. The result is a velvety, spiced gin with a deep sweetness and a hint of sea air.

Crafted for the changing of the seasons, top with champagne for a twist on a French 75 or blend with hot mulled wine for a warming hot toddy.
