Celebrate the launch of James Bond No Time To Die with a Mermaid Vesper Martini

Keep an eye out on the back bar during the new No Time To Die James Bond film for bottles of Mermaid Gin and Mermaid Pink Gin. In celebration of the launch of the new film on 30th September, why not try a Mermaid Vesper Martini.

Smooth and sophisticated, there’s nothing quite like a Bond-inspired Vesper Martini. Breaking with convention, shaken, not stirred, is the only way to go. The Mermaid take on the classic Vesper uses lime, instead of lemon, for a zesty kick that pairs beautifully with Mermaid Salt Vodka.

Ingredients:

• 60ml Mermaid Gin
• 20ml Mermaid Salt Vodka
• 15ml White Vermouth
• Garnish: Lime Peel

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Give it a vigorous shake, strain into a glass and garnish with lime peel.
