20ml Tomato vermouth*
50ml Mermaid Salt Vodka
1ml Balsamic vinegar

*Tomato vermouth:
10g Black peppercorns
1g Smoked salt
150g Chopped tomatoes
5g Chilli slices
250g Cocchi dry vermouth

Garnish

Cherry tomato.

Method

Stir all ingredients together for 30 sec and serve in a chilled glass.
