40ml mix of Fry Vermouth, Mermaid Salt Vodka and sundried tomato oil
Garnish
Basil oil drops and Isle of Wight Lemontini Tomatoes.
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds and fine strain into a chilled glass.
